Repair in the apartment
Owners of houses and apartments are well aware of the need for major repairs every 10-20 years. Of course, you can gradually and slowly redo one room every 2-3 years, but in this case you will not be able to make a single interior for the whole house, as time will pass, trends will change and each time the interior will be excellent, even if initially they are all made in the same style. So it is much more reasonable from the point of view of the interior to make repairs at once in the whole house. But where to live during the renovation? Do not rent a separate apartment, because the expenses will be quite large anyway. In order to adequately live at home and not suffer from repairs, you need to do repairs in each room gradually and in the right order. And what order will be the most correct and comfortable, we will now tell you.

It would be most correct to start repairing an apartment from a bathroom. The toilet and bathroom, although not the most visited rooms, are the most important. The ideal situation would be when the toilet and bath are separate. Then, within one day, you can repair the toilet by installing a new toilet bowl, changing floor, wall and ceiling coverings and lighting fixtures. Next is the bathroom. Remember that the first step is to complete all the work on changing the floor and wall coverings, and then install the plumbing. Thus, literally within 3-5 days you will completely repair those premises, without which it is extremely difficult to live.
Next, your choice should fall on the kitchen. The kitchen is also one of the irreplaceable rooms, the functions of which cannot be taken over by other rooms. An important point is that the sockets must be installed before you deal with the wall covering, otherwise you will have to tear it off. Also, do not spare the sockets. It’s good if there are as many of them in the kitchen as there are electrical appliances plus one. Important is the initial planning of the location of all elements of furniture. If you draw up a plan and, using accurate measurements of the dimensions of the furniture, schematically place it in the kitchen, then you will know exactly where and at what height to make sockets. If the repair plans also include a balcony, then at this stage it is necessary to repair the balcony. Of course, this is not such an important room, but all the construction debris will sweep through all the adjacent rooms, and if they are already repaired, then you can spoil your work.
Your bedroom and children’s rooms should follow, of course, in turn. You can start with the children's room, so that during the repair the children are placed in the parent's bedroom or in the living room, or they are sent on vacation to their grandparents. Of course, if paint acts as a wall covering, then the repair of these rooms will be slightly delayed, but in general, everything is done easily and simply.
Next up is the living room. Of course, this room is a walk-through, so you need to make sure that floor and wall coverings, along with sockets, are installed as soon as possible so that you do not have to swallow building dust when passing through this room.
The last plan should be the entrance hallway. Construction debris will need to be regularly removed through it, which is why it should be last on the list - so that the new coating and furniture do not get dusty or scratched. In the hallway, you need to pay especially much attention to lighting, since often this particular room does not have any sources of natural light at all. In the process of repair, so that the already renovated rooms do not get dusty, you must not forget to close the doors. And the doors should be in all rooms - in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, children's bedroom and "adult" bedroom. They are not required only in the living room, but the exit to the living room from the hallway can be hung with construction film for the duration of the repair.
