The same can be true in the living room - a huge mirror wall opposite a blank wall, mirror panels. And with mirrors, in general, you should not overdo it, as the room becomes too shiny, too cold, too featureless. Instead of a huge wall of mirrors, hang one large mirror in a beautiful frame, located opposite the window. It will be much more interesting and stylish, and the room itself will become lighter and brighter.

Window

A beautiful window or the desire to provide the room with natural light as much as possible is, of course, wonderful. But these are far from reasons for abandoning curtains. Without curtains, a window opening, no matter how beautiful it may be, will look bare and empty. Yes, and the blinds are also out of place, they have a place in the kitchen, but not in the living room. And, what is most interesting, for some reason people imagine only heavy curtains that will tightly close the window and not let in a single ray of light. But there are many compromises, ranging from curtains to the floor of light, flowing fabrics and ending with Roman blinds with an interesting pattern and transparent material that will practically not retain light.

Decor

You can’t do without decor in any room, it is very important and necessary, as it adds individuality to the interior, makes it more beautiful and pleasing to look at. The abundance of furniture

If there are too many pieces of furniture in the room, then they clog up the entire space, making the room both practically uncomfortable and visually stuffy, overcrowded. Even if you often invite a lot of friends to your place, then instead of a sofa, a pair of armchairs, a pair of ottomans and banquettes, just put two sofas. They will take up much less space and accommodate exactly the same number of people. This rule is true for any room, even for the bathroom, but in the living room it often reaches a gigantic scale.

Style

Strict adherence to one interior style does not look as good as it might seem. Often such an interior looks very stereotyped and predictable, and few people like it. So do not be afraid to mix interior styles, the main thing is to mix related and similar styles. After all, high-tech does not get along with classicism, but with a loft it can create an excellent tandem. Such a combination can minimize the disadvantages of styles. For example, minimalism is a very cold style, but if it is diluted with eco-style, it will become much friendlier and more comfortable.

Bright shades
