How to choose an interior according to the type of temperament
Each of us has a certain type of temperament, on the basis of which we can approximately predict our reaction to any life events, positive or negative. Also, having information about what type of temperament you personally have, you can equip the interior of the apartment so that it “smoothes the corners” of your temperament and helps to overcome difficulties. If you don’t have a specific plan for the interior, this information can help you a lot.

There are four types of temperament. And, relying on them, you can greatly simplify your life and attitude, simply by skillfully manipulating the style of the interior, combinations of colors and shades. This is necessary at least in order to tell the designers you contact what you expect from the interior, what colors it should be in and what style you are interested in. These parameters should be determined by you, because the designer will not look into your soul.
Choleric
Choleric people are known to be active, easily excitable and "quickly flammable" persons. In them, you can notice excessive nervousness, activity. But in the modern world, there are already enough things that somehow unnerve, lead to activity and push to action. Therefore, for choleric people it will be much better if the atmosphere in the house and bedroom is peaceful, calm, moderate. Therefore, it is worth choosing soft, light colors - pale pink, powdery, blue, mint, lime. It is better to avoid colors such as red and orange in the interior, you also need to be very careful with yellow. Of the variety of interior styles, you should pay attention to minimalism, gothic, constructivism, loft, Japanese, Scandinavian styles.
Sanguine
Sanguine is more focused on positive emotions. Therefore, we can safely say that this type of temperament should not get hung up on any specific interior styles, as they are quite balanced. But still, you should avoid aggressive colors and shades - red, burgundy, orange. It is also better to choose softer shades of colors. Excessively bright and aggressive colors can lead to an increase in your excitability and aggressiveness. Cheerful colors will help perfectly - green (looks good in the kitchen), yellow, blue. Thanks to balance, Mediterranean style, eclecticism, and Moroccan style will suit you.
Phlegmatic person
Phlegmatic people are very calm, moderate and largely passive people. Therefore, it is quite logical for them to use some bright, cheerful and cheerful colors so that they do not go into the abyss of phlegmatism and moderate existence. These people are very prone to everything practical and minimalist, so constructivism, minimalism, eco-style, techno and hi-tech styles will be very out of place. The main thing is not to forget about interesting color accents that will dilute the practical interior and give it optimism. A bright living room will give a lot of positive just because of its appearance.
Melancholic
Melancholic is the exact opposite of choleric. They are passive and tuned in to negativity, despondency. Easily susceptible to negative emotions, so you need to create an environment that will delight them, inspire positive thoughts, give spiritual uplift. So a good solution would be to use light colors of green, orange, yellow, blue, pink. But it is better to move away from deep and dark colors, for example, from emerald, blue, purple, burgundy, as they will oppress a sensitive melancholic, they are only appropriate in small quantities in the bathroom. Of the styles, Provence, Mediterranean style, grunge, country, pop art are perfect.
