2. Plot
Undoubtedly, many believe that the cottage is intended to grow potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage there. But now, if you think logically, this is simply not necessary, since working on a personal plot will take you much more time, effort and money (buying seedlings, fertilizers, pesticides, water for irrigation) than visiting a supermarket. But this does not mean that no vegetation is needed on the site at all. A small garden bed with greens will not hurt - dill, parsley, onion, mint, basil and the like. Greens are very healthy and do not require special care, and they are often forgotten when shopping in advance. Greens are often found in housewives in the kitchen, in pots. A couple of fruit trees, and some "independent" berries, like gooseberries, raspberries, and currants, are also not placed from the vegetation. So you will have pleasant summer goodies, but without much effort. The main part of the site is often sown with a lawn. But this is not always necessary, often they just leave the vegetation that was and just mow it from time to time with a lawn mower. The brazier will also be more than appropriate, and it is better to make it qualitatively. Arbors, bathhouses and other outbuildings also do not interfere, but it's up to your taste.
