How to choose wallpaper
The selection of any interior item is a rather complicated process. After all, now we are offered an incredible variety of shapes, colors and compositions at a variety of prices. And among all this, you need to choose the option that would best meet all the criteria put forward. This is true for wallpapers as well. Now there are a huge number of options - paper, non-woven, vinyl, silk-screen printing, fabric, eco-wallpaper, etc. Each of the options has its own characteristics, pros, cons, which can be incredibly important for one situation and completely useless for another.

Therefore, there are so many problems when choosing - you need to logically assess your situation and decide which specific characteristics are most important to you and already choose. And that's just one parameter. When it comes to colors, style, pattern, the complexity of the choice grows three or four times.
Well, let's briefly tell you what wallpapers can offer you. Most often you can find wallpaper made of two materials - paper and non-woven. The rest are a rare guest, and the above two options can easily replace them in terms of their main functions. Paper has a low price category, absolute environmental friendliness, plus it allows the walls to breathe. Simply put, perfect for a child’s room. Interlining has slightly different advantages - it is much easier to glue, it is also highly environmentally friendly, and does not cause allergic reactions. Actually, because of their positive qualities, they occupy a leading position in the market.
Coloring and color is a much more complex and deep topic. It is important to pay attention to what result you want to achieve. If it seems to you that you need to visually increase the height of the ceiling, then your choice is wallpaper with a vertical stripe. If you would like to increase the space of the room, then you should choose a wallpaper with a horizontal strip. However, in the first case, you will reduce the space, and in the second case, you will visually reduce the distance between the floor and the ceiling. A large pattern on the wallpaper looks most appropriate in spacious rooms, but a small pattern is more appropriate for small rooms, for example, for a bedroom.
If you have children, then it is better to avoid wallpapers with glitter and embossed patterns - the sparkles will quickly be erased, and the embossed patterns will be quickly peeled off. Such wallpapers are suitable only for houses where adults live who do not grab onto the walls. And, it is worth noting that the relevance of wallpaper with such a design has long faded into the background. When choosing wallpapers, try to choose them so that they do not conflict with the wooden parts of the furniture. If you choose dark wallpaper, then the wood of the furniture should be dark, similarly with light wallpaper. Of course, you can try to play in contrast, but for this you will also need the appropriate decor.
In general, furniture and wall covering should be matched in the same style. Minimalistic furniture in the living room will not go well with Provencal-style walls, just as loft-style walls will look ridiculous next to shabby chic furniture.
Where can you find furniture that will perfectly match the overall style you have chosen? Of course, in the company «Smart Space».
