- in this series, the maximum size of one sheet is 1200x2800 mm, which is limited by the size of the press and the chipboard or MDF board.
- despite the size limitation, if it is necessary to make the size higher, there are two options: gluing the base of the slab up to 100 mm (the veneer is glued with one sheet) or at higher heights - the veneer pattern is selected in such a way that you actually do not see the transition, but there is a joint between panels.
- it is also possible to make an insert from the bottom of the panels - plinth, in the same plane with the panel
- the width of the rack panel is unlimited, since the panel joints under the rail are overlapped by the rail itself.
- the height of the rail is limited by a long sheet of 2800 mm, but if necessary, can be increased to 4000 mm
Materials:
- MDF board covered with natural wood veneer;
- when coating wood and veneered board, an effective coating based on beeswax and oils of exclusively natural origin is used;
- the rail is made of MDF, in some cases it can be made of natural wood and covered with veneer
Mounting system:
- when mounting the panels, a concealed mounting system is used, which allows you to align curved walls - there is no need to carry out plaster work in the area of mounting the panels.
- The mounting rail is mounted on a special fixture that allows adjustment up to 30 mm, after which large voids are reinforced with mounting foam.
- mechanical fastening of the mounting rail to the base is mandatory, it is FORBIDDEN to glue the mounting rail to the base with glue, without mechanical fastening. Detachment from the base - will occur not at the level of gluing, but at the level of plaster.
- after the wall panel is glued to the mounting rail using mounting glue and additionally fixed with micro pins, while the glue dries, the holes from the pins are restored with special materials
- the wall slatted panel comes with slats attached to the base, only some of the slats are not fixed with a certain pitch. In these places, the base is attached to the wall, and the fasteners are covered with a rail
